The location is truly fantastic, right in the heart of Florence.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. When I arrived, I found the reception closed and had to struggle with my luggage before I could get help. It took several phone calls before anyone could assist me with access to my room, which really put a damper on my first impression of the place.
