The location is truly fantastic, right in the heart of Florence.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. When I arrived, I found the reception closed and had to struggle with my luggage before I could get help. The delightful rooftop escape
Waking up to the aroma of fresh croissants, we enjoyed breakfast at a nearby café. The rooftop terrace was the highlight, perfect for evening wine with a church backdrop. Luca's welcome made us feel right at home. he was attentive and informative.
However, the initial check-in was very confusing. We struggled to find the entrance, had difficulty getting our luggage inside, and spent too long trying to navigate the access codes.
